Terms and Conditions

• Once a Price Match Plus request has been approved we will offer you the product below the price offered by the competitor. 
• The product in question must be new, identical in style, specification, size and colour, and offered on the same terms.
• Our Price Match can be claimed against any online UK website but excluding factory outlets, membership clubs, duty free shops, home shopping channels, auction sites, market stalls, private sales and liquidation (or any other "closing down" or insolvency) sales.
  The competitor website must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
• Typographical errors shall not apply. No affiliate, promotional, voucher code or media discount applies. Any other retailer's price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or other benefit for any price matched product is also excluded.
• We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.
• The price being matched must include all taxes (including VAT), postage and packing charges as applicable.
• Lowest price guarantee is only applicable on products participating in the lowest price guarantee, such products will have visible the lowest price guarantee from within the product details page.
• Lowest price guarantee is only applicable on prior purchase and not of purchases already made seeking a price match guarantee. 
• All Guaranteed Price Match transactions are carried out at the discretion of The Genies Group.
• The Genies Group reserves the right to withdraw the Guaranteed Price Match at any time.
